• Provide statistical inputs to plan the phase II / III clinical trials, including sample size calculation, experimental design, protocol writing, etc.
• Interpret statistical outputs to clinical team and consult with team for any statistical issues throughout the whole process of the drug development.
• Write SAS or R programs to perform statistical analysis and simulations during drug development.
• Review study reports and verify program codes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Intern Statistician, Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Rockville, MD     Summer 2004, 2005
• Reviewed many NDAs (New Drug Application) to find qualified data sets.
• Wrote SAS programs to investigate the performance of three statistical methods that are used to evaluate the efficacy of drugs under dropout condition using real data.
